St Francis School, Nailsea, learn & talk about CAFOD

A group talking about “Veronica’s Story”

Nick and Ann, two CAFOD Schools volunteers, visited the school to give a presentation about CAFOD and its role in promoting the benefits of renewable energy to Year 6.

They learnt about the numerous projects which CAFOD has undertaken in different parts of the world, and how funding is raised to cover the costs of running these projects.

In particular they discussed Veronica’s Story using the CAFOD PowerPoint resource to stimulate ideas and discussion.
